Important Highlights for WDP Coordinators

Coordinators, thank you for taking on a leadership role for WDP!  Your commitment is deeply appreciated.  Please scroll through our World Day of Prayer news below.  There is something for everyone!

  1. Exciting NEWS! Our full-length WDP 2022 – England, Wales and Northern Ireland (EWNI) service video is now available on!  Watch it anytime! To download a version for Zoom services, please log into your coordinator account for an appropriate format. Instructions for becoming a coordinator:
  2. There will be a NATIONAL WDP 2022 service on Saturday, March 12th at 1 pm EST. Breakout rooms before and after the service will give us a chance to “catch up”,  talk and share our thoughts.  We will be showing the service video produced by the Women’s Inter-Church Council of Canada (WICC).  To join this service, and receive the Zoom link, please go to
  3. Kids Pray Too! Is a WDP 2022 themed video produced by WICC for children and youth. It is led by participants from across Canada.  Look for its release on by February 7th.
  4. Please advertise your services and the WICC 2022 EWNI service video on church websites, bulletins, weekly newsletters, social media, and community newspapers. Call friends. Reach out to retirement homes and parents who are homeschooling during COVID-19.  WDP is a great way to learn about how we can pray for England, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

  6. In order help keep people safe during COVID-19, we are encouraging WDP donations to be completed online or by sending cheques directly to WICC. For more information, go to
