World Day of Prayer International Committee Service Video 2021 – Vanuatu

In the spirit of the 2021 World Day of Prayer theme “Build on a Strong Foundation,” we are glad to share an additional resource. The World Day of Prayer International Committee Service (WDPIC) recorded a video of the worship service led by WDP Vanuatu and the WDPIC Executive Committee with greetings from representatives of many boards and groups around the globe.

This 34-minute video service is led in English but includes participation in other languages.

Please note the Canadian greeting provided by Erin Fraser at 29 minutes and 28 seconds into the video. It was recorded outside her Saskatchewan home.

Erin is the daughter of Mary Nordick, WDP Team Chair for WICC.  Erin lives in Saskatoon with her husband Lachlan, two sons, Duncan (9), Elliott (7), and daughter Kate (4).  During COVID-19, the children are homeschooled.

Erin has a Masters in Oriental Medicine (M.O.M) and practises acupuncture, herbal medicine and Tui Na part-time.  She is bilingual (English and French). The family are members of St. Philip Neri Roman Catholic parish.  Erin is a CWL member and supports social justice.

Thank you, Erin, for your engaging message!

It would be nice every year to have a video with greetings from the host nation as well as around the world.
