Answer: No. We have created standard WDP Packets that contain both printed materials and a video copy of our one hour service. Click here for more details.
Question 2: Can I order WDP items by mail and pay by cheque?
Answer: No. Our store on wicc.org requires debit or credit information. Please do not send orders by mail.
Question 3: Will you send me the printed material for our World Day of Prayer 2021 in the mail? We want our usual order for 50 people.
Answer: No, WICC is not printing and shipping WDP materials, as usual, this year. There are standard WDP packets available through the website store, but we do not have the capacity to fill custom orders.
For the past 3 years, WICC has been gradually moving to online resources and orders from the website store.
As a result of COVID-19, this transition has been accelerated. WICC staff are currently working from home to support everyone as best as possible.
All World Day of Prayer resources (including the service booklets) are available FREE to download to WDP Service Coordinators who register on the WICC website.
At this time, it seems very unlikely that large groups will be able to gather in person as usual due to the pandemic. If this is possible in your area and COVID-19 protocols will be followed, then churches are welcome to print the resources needed.
As an alternative solution, WICC has produced a one-hour full-service video. This will be available on the WICC website in February 2021 or you can order a packet from the online store which includes printed material for a household or group of 5 people.
Please promote this video in your community so that we can join together in prayer and prayerful action while keeping everyone safe in this pandemic.
Question 4: If I download the service video, how do I incorporate it into a Zoom service?
