Our newest WICC President came to the Board as the appointed member for the Women’s Missionary Society of the Presbyterian Church in Canada. Cathy has been a valued member of the WICC Executive for a few years as Secretary and President-Elect. We now welcome her to the role of President and anticipate great blessings during her leadership. As mentioned in a past We-Connect article (November 2019), she saw her related roles as abiding by Christ’s command to “Follow me!” and answering the call to share the gifts God has given her. We are grateful for the ways in which Cathy continues to learn and lead. Recently, for example, she represented the Presbyterian Women of Canada at the recent World Council of Churches assembly in Karlsruhe, Germany.
